The land they grow on is ideal for growing vegetables organically. The soil, a sandy loam, is the result of thousands of years of sedimentation onto the old Sumas Lake bottom.
They have been working hard to transform the land into a vibrant farm with an intense focus on sustainability. They grow organically and their home farm is certified by the Pacific Agricultural Certification Society, while their extended land is organic transitional. They strive to serve the local food community and by simply growing the best tasting vegetable varieties, ensuring customers receive only the freshest produce.
