Basil and Tomatoes Pesto

Organivores Basil Pesto Recipe


1 bunch basil

1/2 cup pine nuts

5 cherry tomatoes

1/3 olive oil

2 cloves garlic

Salt and pepper, to taste


In a food processor, put basil, pine nuts, garlic, cherry tomatoes and olive oil. Blend until almost smooth, scraping down sides occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. 

Add pesto to pasta or zoodles. Toss and serve.

Yield: 4 servings.
